About us

We started this because
the model is broken

VRJ Solutions LLC is a US-based IT consulting and talent firm. We are new, we are small on purpose, and we are betting that doing this honestly is also a good business.

Our story

Built on the parts everyone stopped doing

Anyone who has worked in or near technology staffing knows the pattern. Recruiters carry twenty open requisitions each. Nobody has time to actually read a resume, so keyword matches get forwarded and hiring managers do the screening the vendor was paid to do. Candidates apply into silence. Margins are hidden because they cannot be justified out loud.

VRJ Solutions was formed to run the opposite way: fewer requirements, worked properly. Every candidate we send has been on a call with us. Every rate is disclosed on both sides. Every person who applies hears back, including the ones we cannot help.

We are early. We do not have a wall of client logos to show you, and we are not going to invent one. What we can offer is undivided attention on your requirement and terms you can hold us to in writing.

How we operate

Four rules we do not bend

These cost us deals sometimes. That is the point — a rule you break under pressure was never a rule.

01

Nobody gets submitted without consent

A candidate's resume goes to a client only after they have heard the client name, the rate and the role, and said yes to that specific submission. No blind submittals, no “we will let you know where it went.”

02

The margin is visible

Clients see the markup. Consultants know the bill rate. If a margin cannot survive being said out loud, it is the wrong margin — and hiding it just guarantees resentment when someone finds out later.

03

Everyone gets an answer

Every applicant hears back, including a no. Every client gets a written status on Friday, including the weeks where we have nothing good to report. Silence is the cheapest thing a staffing firm can give you, and it is worth exactly that.

04

We say no

To requirements that cannot be filled at the stated budget. To roles that are wrong for a candidate even when the placement would pay us. Taking work we cannot do well costs the client a month and costs us our reputation.

Early clients get an amount of attention we will not be able to give anyone once we are established. That is a genuinely good trade — take it while it is available.
